Morocco has always been on my bucket list, but I was overwhelmed by the number of incredible places to visit and didn't know where to start planning. I wanted a unique experience, one that allowed me to discover the country on my own terms and avoid the typical tourist path. Luckily, I found Ali from Grand Morocco. He crafted a personalized trip that allowed me to experience a little bit of everything and it was absolutely amazing! Kamal, our guide and driver, was exceptional - always on time, knowledgeable, and attentive. He even reminded me to let him know if I needed to stop somewhere or explore a little longer. But Kamal was more than just a driver guide, he became a true friend. We chatted about his country and culture, and the jokes we shared will stay with me forever. The accommodations and Riads we stayed at were simply beautiful, and the restaurants we visited while traveling between cities were an absolute delight. Every place we visited had a unique charm that left an indelible impression on me. The people of Morocco were some of the nicest and most respectful folks I've ever met. I can't wait to go back and experience it all again. I just hope that Grand Morocco will still be around when I do ! Breathtaking trip of a lifetime.
Breathtaking landscapes, the Sahara, wonderful antiquity, ancient villages and with the unique Berber culture, all found in Morocco. Touring with Grand Morocco recently, was an educational and truly exciting experience. Our guide, Yassin, who's English was excellent, was an extremely interesting, caring and engaging Berber man. His competence and efficiency went beyond the "call of duty" for our group. We had the dream tour of a lifetime, and strongly recommend Grand Morocco for a wonderful adventure in Morocco. Grand Morocco travel company 10 day tour for a UK family.
I would like to share my experience of booking a tour myself for my family from the UK. I was used to going through UK travel agents and this time booked it via the internet myself with Grand Morocco. Initially I had all the usual concerns about the company existing, who I was paying and what would happen if things went wrong while we were abroad. The reason I want to do this review is to assure others that Grand Morocco is a genuine and good company with a long history and experience. It was unusual to pay a small deposit by Paypal at the start, but it worked out fine. We then paid the remaining amount by credit card on Day 2. Another concern I had about safety of roads as we had long drives through the country in winter - I have to say the road quality was excellent and our drive in our 4x4 Toyota Prada was very smooth and comfortable. The best part of the trip was our amazing guide and driver - Yassin. He cheerfully drove us around the country from Casablanca to Rabat, Meknes, Fez and then through the Sahara for 3 days and back to Marrakech. He stopped frequently and to put another concern to rest - the toilets were clean, had toilet paper and all at convenient places with coffee breaks. Overall the trip was very good. You can discuss hotels with the managers to get what you want. The places that I enjoyed the most were Fez and the desert. Use Grand Morocco for your trip!
We did a 10 day trip starting in Casablanca that took us to Rabat, Fes, the desert and finished up in Marrakech. The trip exceeded all of our expectations! Our driver Yassin, could not have been more personable and thoughtful throughout our tour and took great care of us. The hotels and riads we stayed in were great both in terms of service and location. Our tour guides were engaging and knowledgeable. Magical 10 day Grand Morocco Tour
We just completed a 10 day tour with our driver/guide Yassin! I cannot say enough good things about Yassin and our experience! We were traveling as 2 couples and went to Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, Merzouga, Dades Valley and Marrakech! Yassin was a delight - fun, knowledgeable, so attentive to all our needs!! He really helped bring the true Morocco to life for us - helping to explain both the history and the culture! All the Riads we stayed in were lovely - the city guides were incredibly knowledgeable as well! We especially loved the desert stays - the camel ride at sunset was magical - the luxury tent camp and ATV rides in the sand dunes are highly recommended!! Wonderful 6 Day Tour
Review We had an amazing 6 day tour with Grand Morrocco and our driver Ibrahim! He was a great driver, very friendly and put us at ease straight away. The team had arranged lovely Riads for us to stay in, each unique and very comfortable. They even provided a cake for our night in the desert to celebrate our honeymoon. This was a really lovely personal touch. As we did the 6 day tour there was a lot of driving, so be prepared for this, but it’s well worth it in order to see as much of Morocco as possible - there are stunning views and landscapes throughout. We would also recommend bringing a guide book to give you a little more info into all the places you visit and things you see along the tour. We had the best time full of the best experiences.
